I just wanted to express my sincere thanks for all the help you have given me through your counselling. I have had counselling before and while those treatments helped they did not stop the downward path of my mental health and alcoholism. By contrast, the work I have done with you has been completely transformative. For the first time in my life I am learning that anxiety is not a problem to be solved, but an intrinsic part of who I am. I now share in meetings that my difficulties are not obstacles on the path – they are the path. It is amazing that I can think this way about feelings and emotions which have always caused me such trouble. This fundamental change in my thinking has been the result of slowly learning to trust your therapeutic process.

Natalie provided me with a safe space to explore events from my past which had been troubling me for many years . With her expert guidance I have come to terms with past events and finally have learnt to like the person I am.

Since working with her, I have learnt to understand the history behind the way I feel and react the way I do, and that I am not stuck in that past story but that I have the power to change that, with the tools she has given me.

Natalie is a safe, caring, compassionate soul and although our sessions have now ended, I carry her words with me every day, and am constantly drawing on her wisdom to help me navigate life. I could not have got through the hardest part of my journey without her, and I will be eternally grateful to her. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I worked with Natalie for six months following enormous turbulence in a short period of time in my life; affecting home, work and family as well as personal downturn. Over the course of the sessions with Natalie I managed to discover the foundation of me, learn to talk through my emotions and become a stronger person who could learn to deal with all the life challenges that come our way.
